Here is what to expect from your project’s process

Estimate

To begin, we engage clients in a comprehensive discussion to understand their vision, objectives, and preferences by visiting the job site to take dimensions and take note of all the services needed to accurately quote (free of charge).

Fabrication

With the blueprint that aligns client’s tastes and the project’s objectives, we coordinate with our specialists and suppliers, produce, and ensure that every detail aligns with the approved design.

Design & Shop Drawings

This phase lays the foundation for a tailored design, where we delve into the functional requirements and aesthetic aspirations of the project. We actively seek feedback on design proposals, working on the perfect balance between client vision and our expertise that includes engineering review because safety is prioritized. This collaborative approach ensures the final design surpasses expectations.

Installment

Once fabrication is complete, we inspect the quality of the project and present it at the job site to confirm all dimensions and moldings are accurate before delivery to the powder coat paint shop. As soon as the project is painted, we schedule an installment date coordinated with the client to complete the final service. Depending on our client’s needs, that can either be installment completion and or city inspections.

Are we licensed & insured?

Yes, we have General Liability & Workers Compensation. Our team is certified for aluminum and steel welding.

Where can we work?

We have worked all over Florida, from Key West to Ocala and more. We have even had projects shipped out of state!

How long does the whole project process typically take?

The timeline varies depending on the project’s scope and complexity. Estimates may be given within a week, fabrication may range from 1 week to 8 weeks (depending on size and scope), powder coat paint shop ranges from 1-4 weeks, and installment within the week that the paint shop is ready or longer if larger quantity. If engineering shop drawings & calculations are requested, then that service may take 2-4 weeks. As for permits, it depends on the city and inspections needed.
